Welcome to JoyTap - Safari (the "App"), owned and operated by JoyTap Interactive ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JoyTap - Safari, a mobile application provided by JoyTap Interactive. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, including our privacy policy and any additional policies referenced in this Agreement.

4.2 License to Use Content
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the images or other content from the App, except as expressly authorized by JoyTap Interactive in writing. The images and content within the App are solely for personal, non-commercial use.
4.3 No Transfer of Rights
This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or any content associated with it. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and content are retained by JoyTap Interactive.
5. User-Generated Content
If you submit any content (e.g., feedback, suggestions, or images) to the App, you grant JoyTap Interactive a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute that content without any compensation to you.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to any user-generated content you submit and that such content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6. Payments (if applicable)
If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, you agree to pay any applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by third-party services, and you agree to comply with their terms.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

Upon termination, you must stop using the App, and any rights granted to you will immediately cease.

JoyTap Interactive reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
